The land construction project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base is located in the east sea area of Liantouling, Bohe New Port District, inside the west breakwater of Bohe New Port District, and adjacent to the east of the land construction project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base。The project is a supporting project of LNG project planned for Bohe New Port Area, including bank protection, land formation and foundation treatment。The length of artificial shoreline is 1998m, of which the length of revetment is 1848m, the length of large wharf is 150m, and the reclamation area is 49.24 hectares, forming a land area of about 43.08 hectares, land design elevation of 5.0m, elevation of foundation treatment handing over surface 4.5m。

In July 2015, Sun Yat-sen University completed the preparation of Marine environmental impact report of land construction project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base，In June 2016, the former Bureau of Marine and Fisheries of Guangdong Province issued a letter of approval on the Marine environmental Impact report of the landbuilding project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base in the form of YueHaiyuhan (2016) 369，In December 2016, the former Bureau of Ocean and Fisheries of Guangdong Province issued the reply to the approval of the sea for the land construction project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base in the form of Yuehai Yuhan (2016) No. 860。Construction of the project began in October 2017 and was completed in September 2021. At the same time, the project was put into trial operation。The contents of the project construction include bank protection, land formation, foundation treatment, etc. The above contents of the project construction are the scope of this acceptance。

On January 20, 2022, Maoming Port Development and Construction Co., Ltd. hosted the "Environmental Protection Acceptance Meeting for the completion of Land Construction Project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base" in Maoming City, and formed opinions of the acceptance working group。The environmental protection acceptance of the land construction project of Maoming Bohe Clean Energy Logistics Base is now publicized.
